When it works I'll use piped and shit, but half the time it doesn't work lmao
It has never worked for me. On any platform. Not one time. I blocked that fucking bot months ago.
Because it's reliant on special servers. Just use Freetube or Newpipe, both handle the video extraction locally.

In my experience, that's being a bit generous.
That's has to do with the backend server that've been chosen at the preference page. Servers becomes unavailable all the time, and the frontend don't change a server when it happens. Just choose a few servers that works well and you trust, and switch back and forth when needed.
