Automation after HA restarts (kbin.social)

How can I create an automation that runs after HA restarts? I use a tablet running fully kiosk. Most times I update HA, mushroom cards, alarmo, etc I have to reload fully kiosk. I would like to automate it to reload the start URL after HA restarts

Thanks. I'll give that a shot before I update HA.

Edit: that worked but of course HA core updated the next day and broke it.
