This has been something of an obvious ticking time bomb the entire series: Ruby/Sarina finding out that her first love, whom she has a deep, unhealthy attachment to due to the circumstances of her previous life, is actually her twin brother in her new life? Piled on top of how the two never really bonded as siblings in this life? Yeah, that's a quick recipe to a fucked up mental state and it will be interesting to see how Aka-sensei navigates the topic and resolves it.
