A mi me ha funcionado el solucionador cuando no me puedo conectar a internet, lo unico, todo lo demas tutoriales de indios en youtube

Es porque hace checkeos de DNS (it's always DNS) y de DHCP que la gente suele pasar por alto. Y luego hace lo que todo buen IT: reiniciar la interfaz.
