Maybe they are seeing a disconnect from reality, and are seeing that like Xinjiang, Hongkong, Ukraine, and now Palestine, the fire will come dancing to their own house if they do not stop supporting the "rules based international" narrative?

I somehow doubt it... Being enthuastic about Roman history is just really common. Thinking they're all fascists is peak Lemmy lol.
