Yes there are two in the works specifically for Kbin. One is called Artemis. It's still in private testing right now. The other is not named yet and in very early stages. It's being developed by the same person, Dan Supernault, who created Pixelfed.

Here's a link to an article that may be helpful to you. It covers an intro to federated spaces and towards the bottom lists some mobile apps for the platforms.
