Not sure about that, there's not exactly a lot of money flowing into the company since nobody's paying for Twitter blue, and he's only attracting the lowest rung of advertisers (drop shipping and crypto scams, essentially), and loans have become expensive.

The EU is also on a similar path, and their fines are actually denominated in percentages of revenue.
