If Jesus is the son of God and Satan is the oposite of God, a literal antichrist would be Satan's father, which would be God since God gave life to Satan (lemm.ee)

I mean... the opposite of child is kind of parent.

At this level of complexity opposites lose their concrete meaning and you can kind of interpret them as you like.
