Definitely this. I’m a mid thirties guy so I remember the time before smartphones, I forgot so much stuff I used to be able to do… navigation being the most egregious example. Can’t find shit any more unless I’ve been there a few times already, I always whip out the maps app
Yea my memory is shot and I can't concentrate on anything for any length of time anymore. The only thing I still have going for me is I can navigate on my own. I just hate using gps for whatever reason.
