So at the same time as EU wants to reinstate the debt and deficit limits, they also want member states to contribute more money. Apparently it's ok to spend EU dosh in Kiev, but not in Lisbon or Athens.
The EU has always been a neoliberal project.
The modus operandi since at least the euro was established
Be ready to spend billions in taxpayer money on command as the US tells Europe that Taiwan is important now and they need arms and weapons, while thousands die because of neoliberal policies.
