People of all groups disparage minorities, Catholics don't do anything unique... only difference is Jesus makes it very clear hate is unacceptable, so by disparaging minorities you are disobeying Him and being a fake Catholic.

No that's just racism repackaged. It's hating people for looking/sounding/acting differently. Not for their ideas. There is a bit of a grey area because highly religious people tend to include those ideas so thoroughly into their identity that it appears to be the same thing.
