That's interesting, I've always planted my flag in basmati rice, it's the best, but I didn't know it was a vector for arsenic consumption.
All rice can be a vector for arsenic consumption, but actually, basmati tends to have lower levels of arsenic than other rice.
Which is great for us basmati lovers!
