This is like a webring but no ring part, you just click "walk the forest" button and get redirected to a blog

The interesting part for people on here is probably how to integrate indieweb surfing into your everyday, using indieblogs.page RSS feeds and "Open Random Blog Post" button.

Jim Nielsen writes about how developers often think they know what their users want whilst in reality it's not always the case

A post where I go over why I'm not a fan of the planned OS Windows 365 (an all cloud version of Windows), and why I'm not a fan of the existing push towards everything in the cloud, which I compare to each other.

It's a new blog so feedback would be much appreciated, either on my writing style, any missed grammatical errors, or the website design/layout (I'm new to Hugo but luckily themes do the heavy lifting).

Thanks ๐Ÿ˜€

I wanted to read RTF files on my phone. I couldn't find an RTF reader on F-Droid. So I cross-compiled unrtf with Zig

Continuing my journey into the IndieWeb world, I scored my site using IndieWeb.org's IndieMark spec. Pretty cool!

A blog with responsive design, which looks quite good, a bunch of book and videogame reviews and some interesting links

I have been browsing a lot of blogs lately and gosh, could you people please stop making blog posts about why privacy matters and why modern web sucks? Like, seriously, every generic blog is like 5 posts: 2 about random stuff, 1 about why you shouldn't use social media, 2nd about privacy bad ooga booga corporation bad and another one about why HTML/plain text is superior

It's like ChatGPT generates this stuff over and over. Write about cats, write about your projects, write about that last videogame session, anything but don't repeat the same takes on this overly used topic for the 294926th time

I am about to start my own blog and I even already have a few blogposts ready, but I can't decide with a static website generator. There are so many and some advertise as being ultra fast but I don't really think I could notice a difference between a second and 3 seconds of generating a website. Any opinions?
