Company on TikTok got ROASTED for posting this incredibly cringe and honestly infuriating TikTok about how there's two people working in office during Thanksgiving in the USA, and it's just the two of them, no one else is there, but they still have to come to the office. A year ago the only fork I knew of, based on recent stable versions of Firefox and added productivity features on top was Floorp. I was very surprised at the hype and sudden popularity of Zen Browser in the past few months and have been curious why it grew so much faster than Floorp which has been around for much longer, look at the Github star graph: https://star-history.com/#zen-browser%2Fdesktop=&Date=. Zen Browser currently has 19.3K stars while Floorp has 6.1K.

Reasons I can think of are the following: heavy promotion of the browser by the devs and community on places like Reddit along with emphasizing its 'zen' philosophy, really fast development (it now has way more features than Floorp), and the Zen mods store, where you can install CSS mods.

What are your thoughts and reasons for Zen Browser becoming so popular so fast? (while its not mainstream, it did grow fast in among Firefox and power users)

Hi there, am looking for a new and powerful laptop that can handle music production quite well, but am not sure what to get. So far I've understood that its important for this laptop to have:

• 32GB RAM (DDR5 preferably)
• Top-notch processor
• Good graphic card
• at least 1TB of SSD Storage, planning on buying external ssd later.

Anyone have any good recommendations for this? The budget is around 2,250 USD / 2,137 EUR.

To clarify the question somewhat, what I mean is: does having loved ones and/or a cause you're willing to die for give you strength? Or, does it instead expose a vulnerability to be exploited?

This post was originally much longer, but I've cut it down to keep it a bit more open ended. I know that the phrasing is somewhat misleading. In a way, you never really possess someone or a community or even something to lose, they're just people or things or causes for which you care deeply, and that care opens up the possibility for emotional pain that can be exploited. At the same time having those cares can give you a reason to live, a cause to fight for, a person for whom you are there to ride or die for.

I suppose the question I ultimately want to ask is, which ends up playing out more in your life experience? Someone exploiting your love/care as a weakness? Or that love/care motivating you to defend them to the bitter end?

I know this is likely to be a "it depends" answer, but if you have some further insights, I'd be greatly appreciative. Thanks in advance.

I decided to clean out my CPU fan as it was clogged, when I assembled everything again it won't turn on 🙁

It's an old desktop PC. There are no lights glowing on the motherboard at all, though there is none specifically labelled "power". Just CPU, RAM, BOOT. None of these light up, not even a flash when it starts.

I have reseated the RAM, CPU, power cables. Removed the GPU to check.

The cord leading in to the PSU works but I don't have a way to test the PSU itself or the out cables, but I have reseated them at each end.

This PC was working fine before. But with no lights on the motherboard I suspect either the mobo or PSU?

Mobo is asrock x570 PSU is silverstone 650w strider gold S series

Any help appreciated!
