I'm just worried that Red Bull are coasting just like the worst years of Mercedes dominance. All this time while other teams are frantically working to catch up, Red Bull are frantically working on the 2024 car.

How significant are the 'penalties' for winning? Are they enough to pull the leaders back and push the bottom of the table upwards?
