On Tuesday November 19th, I had a stroke. My goal is to make it to next Christmas.

A job. I got laid off. Things are getting tight.
I was in your situation this time last year. I got laid off in July, hired in September, and let go again in October. π
Food. I'm making just enough to get my bills paid, but I've been eating ramen and Mac and cheese for around a year. I just want to be able to have food in the fridge/cupboard. It's getting so fucking tiring to never have basic necessities to work so fucking hard to keep my bank account in the negative. I'm so fucking depressed.
Now that I'm done venting, I would absolutely love to be able to get some gifts for my brothers and sisters but it just doesn't look like it'll be feasible this year.
Supervolcano eruption.
To not be homeless anymore.
A not insane family
Peace and quiet, and some good nights of sleep.
Cast iron, tools, bicycle parts.
Many horror movies that I didn't watch around Halloween.
Iβm traveling internationally to visit my fiancΓ© and spend our first Christmas together. I just want the trip to go smoothly and take full advantage of the 120 PTO hours Iβm burning without getting an urgent work call.
Hate to add to the grumble but Iβm not feeling it this year. I donβt really want more material things (boo!).
Same. Everything feels unreal right now and it's hard to keep the mask on.
For me itβs all the stress at work around the holidays (work harder before/after) then being invited to a ton of social things (I work from home and Iβm happy for the most part being alone all the time). I actually love my job too so itβs more annoying than anything that everyone is in la-la land while Iβm just wanting to get stuff done.
I hate showing up like a clown and not connecting with anyone; itβs all so fucking corny. I guess thatβs married life though.
Basically just to have enough free time to make my cousin a 3d-printed version of this laser-guided pizza cutter as a joke gift.
Wish comes true as I make it so, heading north to cottage!
Gift cards, books
Human rights for all
I have so much trouble with wishlists. The things I want are usually niche or expensive. I added an atomic wall clock and one of those boogie boards. I went ahead and added all the parts for a new computer I've been meaning to build for like 4 years lol. I'll just buy the remainder myself. I just got into ham radio but it seems tricky to find things that are relatively cheap to ask for on a wish list that aren't garbage.
Same as last year. Socks and whiskey.
Honestly, nothing :/ Maybe money, but when it comes to anything material there's hardly anything I really desire
I like twizzlers
I'm hoping santa puts 36 piers under my house.
