Hello,
I'm seeking guidance as I assist a Lebanese Armenian family of three adults, including elderly parents. I'm based in Australia and doing my utmost to support them. They had flights booked with MEA to arrive in Yerevan on November 2nd, but the flight has been rescheduled to November 3rd.
We're hoping there are no further delays, as we've arranged Airbnb accommodation.
They have short-term lodging in Sevan while they look for more affordable long-term options than in Yerevan. They would like live in Sevan.
We've browsed list.am for rental properties, but the photo quality is lacking. If you know of other rental websites, please inform us.
The family wishes to inspect the rentals in person to ensure they meet their needs, as we're unfamiliar with the rental process in Armenia.
Your insights on the following would be invaluable:
-
The time required for electricity and gas connections.
-
The best mobile SIM card plans offering reasonable data.
-
The cost of taxi services from the airport to Sevan.
-
The duration to secure long-term accommodation through an agent.
Thank you in advance, and apologies for the lengthy inquiry.
