It reportedly includes data about bank transfers, emails, the lists of politicians and media outlets bankrolled by Minasyan, lists of businesses he founded abroad, and sales contracts for various companies.
Some of the news outlets allegedly bankrolled by Minasyan: Shant, Armenia TV, ArmNews, ATV, news.am, tert.am, etc.

That case is still open. Separately, the authorities have decided to press criminal charges against Yayloyan for allegedly causing material damage and embezzlement.

The alleged audio overlay sounds like it was recorded on a busy street during a protest with police sirens or vuvuzelas heard in the background. Other opposition channels broadcasted raw footage from the same event that didn't include any chants.
