Kakao (written cacao in Romanian) is used as a pejorative for "shitty": "ești de cacao" - you're shitty.... So I guess we know who they are.
From their description, we can easily assume site M is mangadex.
Going after the sole legitimate scanlation site is the dumbest idea ever, considering there have been many instances where manga sites have collaborated with scanlators from there to provide legit translations; and the scanlators often does stop releasing when an actual english release is available digitally in a good pace with japanese releases.
Everyone should consider joining the fleet. Just to make a statement condemning anti consumer action. We should have regular „I joined the fleet“ events where people can explain the positive impact their service will have. I view piracy as a morally justified choice and as a way of expressing dissent in a way that actually hurts.
