I want to deploy a Telegram bot, but all the FREE deployment services required credit card informations,
Also I am afraid that they will delete my account because my bot is related to piracy,
Any suggestions??

My suggestion: Pay for bulletproof hosting.

That's probably the correct way to solve all of your issues.

Why the hell this comment has no upvotes? It's the only reasonable advice in entire thread. If you wanna run piracy related project you need special paid hosting, any free hosting would close your account after the first copyright abuse complaint. I have my own very small torrent tracker as pet project that i happily host at vdsina service and their terms clearly says that they would ignore any copyright complaint which is not backed by Russian police/court (meaning all DMCAs are going directly to recycle bin). There's plenty of alternatives which offer the same, some of them would also allow you to pay their services in cryptocurrency and you won't have to use your credit card.

Writing your own telegram bot is fairly trivial if you’re willing to put in a bit of time to learn a new skill. That’s always an option.

"fairly trivial"?? Why that??

“Fairly Trivial” for two reasons:

  1. it’s more work if you don’t know a programming language, hence the “learn a new skill” comment.
  2. Telegram makes you escape almost every special character, but not all of them, for markdown support, example in one of my Reddit bots. This was more trial and error than anything well documented.

Can you not use an anon prepaid visa gift card bought with cash somewhere?

To be honest, I think the only "piracy/privacy friendly" alternative would be to use a stolen credit card haha (I don't recommend it at all and it's a joke).

I think in general all these services will ask you for a credit card in one way or another, and that's fine, they need to make sure that no one abuses their services. The closest thing to something "piracy friendly" you can do is to use an old laptop or computer and use it exclusively for that or even better in a virtual machine.

Thankx
About the second part I have Raspberry pi and I am concerned about the security risks

I think that's the only option for me is the first part /s
