Makes it feel like the last car is far behind when really it's only .3 seconds behind.
This stuff keeps baffling me even after 20+ years of watching F1. Half a second in this sport is an eternity, when in reality it's so fast you could miss it. The margins they are fighting over are so ridiculously small.

Very cool. We will see where race pace is for everyone, but this is shaping up to be a good one.
Honestly insane how tight the margins can get in this sport. Great graphic!
What amazes me is how Hamilton got pole, then was clearly in the third slowest car for the race.
How fast are they going here?
