I doubt it'll ever get shut down... Much better chance of being sold at a steep discount.

Maybe it'll get rolled into Threads when Elmo and his merry band of miscreants are gone and the advertisers return.

"Cashflow is negative" means that they're losing money.

So profits are down by more than 100%.
