I've been exploring the fediverse and subbing and posting all over the damn place. Realizing lemmy can federate with kbin blew my mind. Not to mention the possibility of turning my old laptop into a personal server to host my own instance. Is this what it felt like to discover how the internet worked in the 90s?
When I was a kid and the Internet was coming out, I was just really interested in finding the most grotesque porn possible and then printing them out on a printer and selling them for $.25 each in school so I could buy candy and FYI I always printed them out on the school printer because my computer teacher was literally like an 80 year old woman Who probably didnโt know how to use the computer
She did know how to use the printer, she only bought the photos because she wanted you to buy candy from her
I would use the money for the candy and also I would save sum up some times to go to the arcade across town
