I would absolutely love to have an OSM edit app that makes sense. But why are these anti-features part of the app?

microsoft maps and their privacy policy
sat imaging service that collects data for aggregation (privacy policy again)
specific network service (I almost understand this. Is there no other alternative? self-host or foss host?)

Satellites are expensive. There is no noncommercial option at a useful resolution.
