Because we're not children whose precious eyes need shielding from the big scary word
Ok, whether it's blurred or bleeped makes no difference to me. Other people finding a word like fucking objectionable doesn't offend me
I find it much more annoying and insulting to put a beep over a word in American videos, if they did this in Spanish videos, you would miss half the dialogue.
