People be forgetting the entire point of decentralization and recommend a single overloaded instance when everything's connected anyway ๐
Join and recommend slightly smaller ones like lemm.ee, vlemmy.net, and lemmy.one at random. Smaller instances have been upgraded for the surge of users too you know
I have accounts on several Lemmy instances (because I was dumb and thought that was the way the Fediverse worked). Now I only use my account from a local instance and post on several others. Yes, it's kinda slower that way, but at least it's consistent. This is asynchronous communication, anyways, we don't need to see every single post inmediately.
