The teen was not shot for "violating traffic laws". The teen was shot for disobeying a direct, lawful order of a police officer to stop his vehicle.
I do not know what the intention of the "news" organization is, but it is clearly inflammatory.
Remind me what was the lawful order in "I'm going to put a bullet in your head"?
