I love Jellyseerr - it's a great way to expose the request functionality for my users - but it only does movies and series. Is there anything similar that works with music?

The other community (!piracy@lemmy.dbzer0.com) is mostly the old Reddit one. It's more active than this one.

As the title asks, is there a Lemmy community that keeps track of when private trackers open signups?

EDIT: Didn't check if anyone else asked, refer back to this post

All the torrents i find has no seeders or leechers

I've checked rutracker's 3d section, torrentgalaxy, 1337x, TL, and various qBittorrent search plugins but haven't managed to find it.

If it helps people narrow it down, the 3D blu-ray released on June 20th.

I make my own full-sbs 3d encodes so ideally I'm looking for the source.

I've been surprised how difficult this has been to locate, so if anyone can point me in the right direction I'd be extremely appreciative.

(picture only spiritually related to topic)

Not sure if this is the best place for this, but is there any good alternatives out there for the standard windows office apps (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, etc)

And I'm not talking about Libre Office or OpenOffice or the other copyright-respecting ones. I'm asking for one that will let me do everything Word/PowerPoint/Excel/Photoshop can do, but on Linux, without running wine or dosbox. Especially all the tiny little fiddly things they've copyrighted.

Stg, Microsoft must have read that comic where the Joker tried to copyright fish and thought that was a great idea.

From my understanding the DVD releases don't contain music videos but unfortunately I've only found edits or recordings of the original airing that include them.

This is kind of similar to only being able to find the directors cut of a movie online.

I would appreciate if someone pointed me in the right direction

I'm currently trying to divorce myself from paid streaming services so I'm looking for ideas to pursue. Those of you with huge music collections, what are your solutions for listening at home and on the go? Self-hosted streaming? Modern mp3 player with huge amounts of storage? Modified legacy MP3 player? What are the upsides and downsides? I'm really just looking for what options are out there and if there's any kind of general consensus on what's best.

To be clear, I have no problem buying ebooks and do so quite often. But where I live its often hard to find ebooks in my preferred language without resorting to Am*zon, especially when it comes to the more obscure titles.

Now that Zlibrary is gone, where do people go for liberated ebooks?

I'm sorry if this isn't allowed.

I've been searching for several weeks for all 3 seasons of the Canadian TV show Departures. It's a travel show.

https://www.imdb.com/title/tt1320363/

I was wondering if anyone could help point me in the right direction for where to find it.

Thanks

Is there someone here that managed to use ngrok or something like it to make their torrent client connectable without port forwarding? Something like announcing my address to the tracker as the ngrok address, so that people can connect to me using that and download.

Someone had the most easy to follow and use guide for setting up kodi and all the addons with real debrib et al. IT WAS GREAT!! Does anyone know where something like this lives away from r/ ?

Some people say it's wrong to #torrent because it disincentivizes people from making new content, but all I want is to be able to find the content that's already been made!

What's immoral is not #seeding your #torrents after you download them! @piracy

In the old days of a few years ago, I used The Trove to find all I needed. Is there any replacement? I'm specifically looking for niche ttrpgs.

Sorry for the kinda long title, also is this the place to post this at? im not sure.. Hello im still in highscool but im also old enough to browse the internet and those weird/spicey communtys and ive never had a work job before and it feels like games and stuff get more and more pricey as time goes on. everyone says to use a vpn but what kind also im not sure if i can afford a vpn with no job, so is there a good way to convince family members to get a vpn? or is there an alternativ ei can do safely without a vpn. im looking for retro pc game iso files so i can test out old tech and also i like video games and retro games are cool but most sites are filled with malware, so what can i do?

and what are your thoughts on piracy is it worth it, is it not, got any advice or tips by chance? i just really dont want to do anything illegal, you know.
